Prince Harry Plans Heartfelt Christmas Call to Connect with Supporters
Prince Harry’s plans for the holiday season have been unveiled, and they reflect his commitment to philanthropy and connection. According to PEOPLE magazine, the Duke of Sussex will spend part of Christmas connecting with members of Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity dedicated to supporting children who have lost a parent in the British Armed Forces.
The outlet confirmed that Harry will host a special video call to wish the charity’s members a Merry Christmas and provide encouragement during what can be a challenging time of year for many. An email shared with Scotty’s members, later reported by the Daily Express, detailed Harry’s plans. It read, “Prince Harry would like to jump on a call with as many of our members as possible to wish them all a Merry Christmas.”
The message continued, “He appreciates that the festive season can be hard for our members and wants them to know he is thinking of them. This is your chance to get to know the Duke loads better and find out what Christmas is like for a Prince!” In addition to sharing holiday wishes, Harry will engage directly with members by answering questions during the session.
Five lucky members will have the opportunity to help run the event and interact directly with the Duke. Prince Harry has long supported Scotty’s Little Soldiers and remains deeply connected to causes supporting military families.
His involvement highlights his dedication to honoring the sacrifices made by service members and providing comfort to their families, particularly during the holidays. This virtual gathering offers a unique chance for members of Scotty’s Little Soldiers to interact with Harry, creating meaningful connections and bringing festive cheer during the holiday season.
