Prince Charles Responds By Chuckling Away At Prince Harry’s Cute Moment With Rabbit In Unearthed Clip
In the unearthed footage, young Prince Harry is seen playing with a black and white rabbit at the Prince of Wales’ Gloucestershire home, Highgrove Gardens. In the video, the Duke of Sussex, who was just almost two years old at the time, appears alongside his father Prince Charles, older brother Prince William, and late mother Princess Diana.
During the adorable video, the little Duke of Sussex gently pets the rabbit while his father laughs at his stroking technique. When telling Harry to be “gentle,” Charles tells his son needs to stroke “the other way” after Harry haphazardly bonked the poor creature on its head.
While Prince of Wales is chuckling away with his youngest son, you can hear the Duke of Cambridge cry out to pet the rabbit. Prince William had rejected the chance to hold the rabbit when the first wife of Charles Princess Diana held the pet out for him.
But you can hear the future King repeatedly yells out to have another go after she let his younger brother have a hold. “Can I hold him? Can I hold him? Can I hold him? Can I?“.
