Meghan Markle’s Bold Color Choices Signal Confidence and Control, Experts Explain

Meghan Markle revealed a bold and rebellious side during her recent appearance at the LA Children’s Hospital gala. The Duchess of Sussex stepped out in a plunging red Carolina Herrera gown, making a striking impression and showcasing her daring fashion sense.

Color consultant Jules Standish told The Sun, “Meghan went bright and bold in red – a color that demands attention, showing that she feels confident and strong.” Standish highlighted how Meghan’s color choices convey different aspects of her personality. “When she chose turquoise, a color which is fun-loving and uplifting, she was showing that she’s cool and in control,” she explained.

Standish also referred to Meghan’s appearance at the National Theatre, where she wore white, suggesting it symbolized an “open-minded personality.” She added, “White is ultimately positive and optimistic and counteracts negativity – a tool Meghan frequently needs.”

Psychologist Karen Haller also weighed in on the Duchess’s choice of red, noting its powerful symbolism. “There is a rebellious side to red. Meghan is maybe showing her independence here,” she said, interpreting the color as a statement of autonomy and strength.

Meghan’s recent fashion choices appear to be a carefully curated expression of her confidence and individuality. By embracing bold colors and daring styles, she continues to define her image, presenting herself as strong, independent, and unafraid to stand out.
