Meghan Makes Heartbreaking Confession To Prince Harry After Being Snubbed At Queen Elizabeth’s Jubilee: “Yeah, will be fine”
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their two children returned to their home in California after a disastrous trip to Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
The powerful couple was sighted at an airport in California early Sunday afternoon, implying that they left London before the Jubilee celebrations ended.
As they exited the private jet and put luggage and toys into their SUV, Markle and Prince Harry kept their children, Archie and Lilibet, hidden from curious paparazzi.
Prince Harry was seen in the passenger seat of a car being driven from Santa Barbara to his estate in Montecito, looking reflective and sad, as per US magazine Report reported.
Markle, who was seated in the back of the car, seemed to be more at peace and happy to be returning home.
Despite her upbeat attitude and million-dollar smile in images from the Jubilee, Markle may have hinted that it was not what they had hoped for.
Many of the events planned around the Jubilee were not open to the Sussexes.
The aspiring politician and the British prince, on the other hand, attended Her Majesty’s Thanksgiving Service at St Paul’s Cathedral. Queen Elizabeth was unable to attend due to health reasons.
Her Majesty was represented by Prince Charles, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.
Markle and Prince Harry were seated far away from Prince William, his wife, and Prince Charles.
The heirs to the throne and Middleton were also photographed as they entered the church, avoiding eye contact with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex pair.
Prince Harry was repeatedly seen with his head down in videos from the religious gathering, as he swallowed the royal and public snub from his family.
Markle looked at her suffering husband during the church service and made this heartbreaking confession: “Yeah, will be fine.”
Following the church service, neither Prince Harry nor his father interacted with him.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex hosted a birthday party for their daughter, Lilibet, the following day, which Kate Middleton and Prince William declined to attend.
Before the celebrations ended, Markle and her family flew back to California. According to The Sun, the couple was in a hurry to leave the UK.
The person explained: “There was no fanfare; they just went. They didn’t stick around for the Platinum Jubilee pageant. It’s a celebration of Britain and all of its quirks and eccentricities over the Queen’s 70-year reign.”
It will be interesting to see how the power couple will decide to move forward after the royal snub.
