An 18-year-old Miami mother, Jazmin Paez, is facing charges after she allegedly solicited a hitman to murder her 3-year-old son via a parody website named

Based on the arrest report, Paez wanted the hitman to execute the act before the end of the week. Robert Innes, the website’s owner, told NBC6 that he receives hundreds of such requests daily. However, Paez’s solicitation was alarmingly specific, even including photos of the boy and precise location details.

Initially created for a cybersecurity company, the website has unintentionally attracted many requests for such services over the years. In fact, in April, an Air National Guardsman was arrested for applying to be a hitman through the website.

While many solicitations are pranks, Innes was concerned by the authenticity of Paez’s request. He stated, “The ability to research names and addresses and verify the intended target lived in a particular address… if that information is corroborated, that needs to be looked at and that’s why I referred it.”

Despite his attempts to alert the Miami-Dade Police Department about the matter, Innes said he was continually redirected to CrimeStoppers. Moreover, CrimeStoppers threatened to send him a cease-and-desist letter. He expressed gratitude, however, when his report was finally taken seriously.

“They were not interested. They sent me an email saying if I contacted one more time they were going to send a cease and desist letter,” Innes added.

Paez was apprehended on Tuesday, facing charges of soliciting murder and unlawful use of a communications device. A $15,000 bond was set, and she was ordered to avoid contact with her child.

According to NBC6, the toddler is now safe and in the care of relatives. The Florida Department of Children and Families has been informed of the situation as per the records.
