Jill Biden Accepts White House Christmas Tree in Festive Red Coat, White Dress & Suede Boots

Jill Biden, the first lady, received the White House Christmas Tree today in Washington, D.C.

Beau, her youngest grandson, joined her in continuing a long-held holiday tradition and creating new memories. A pair of Clydesdale horses ascended the 18-foot Fraser fir to the door, as the duo looked on.

The first lady wore a cranberry coat with a Snow White turtleneck, a beige skirt, and black suede pointed-toe boots for the occasion. Suede boots are a winter wardrobe staple because the texture easily adds flair to any outfit.

She let her blond wavy hair to the sides of her face and straightened her bangs to meet right above her brows. Biden was accessorized with silver bracelets and a ring to complete her look.

Biden’s brightly colored and trendy coat is unsurprising. Since taking the oath of office, the educator has had some stylish moments. On Inauguration Day, it was clear that style and sophistication were in her future. Biden’s recent fashion choices have piqued our interest in what she has in store for the next four years.

Her styles have mostly been midi-length skirts, dresses, tailored silhouettes, collared coats, and textured fabrics.

In January, she wore a blue Markarian dress and a tweed overcoat to the Inauguration weekend. The fabric had a slight shimmer to it, and it had a velvet collar and cuffs. Keeping the blue theme going, the New Jersey native wore a light blue Oscar de la Renta lemon print belted midi dress. She is accessorized with a matching face mask and yellow pumps.
