Biden’s Private Nickname for Trump Revealed in New Book, Stirring Controversy

(GETTY)

A new revelation from Bob Woodward’s book War claims that President Joe Biden refers to former President Donald Trump by a vulgar nickname in private. While Biden usually refers to Trump as “my predecessor” or “the former guy” in public, the book asserts that in private conversations, Biden has called Trump “that f—king a—hole.”

This disclosure has shocked many, as Biden typically maintains a tone of respect toward his political rival in public, even as Trump often hurls derogatory nicknames at his opponents. The New York Post highlighted that this isn’t the first instance of Biden’s use of profanity. Reports from 2021 suggested that Biden frequently uses harsh language, such as “bulls**t” and “dammit,” during private meetings with his aides in the West Wing.

The nickname revelation quickly drew attention on social media. One user on X (formerly Twitter) remarked, “Wouldn’t be surprised at all. Biden has a history of racism, segregation, and being a cruel, heartless vile human being.” Another comment sarcastically suggested, “Well, you know he is talking about himself.”

This is not the first time Biden has used a colorful moniker for Trump. During an August 2023 White House event, Biden referred to Trump as “Donald Dump” while discussing his administration’s efforts to lower prescription drug costs. “The guy we’re running against, what’s his name? Donald Dump, or Donald whatever?” Biden quipped while criticizing Republicans for opposing Democratic policies.

As reported by HuffPost, Trump, known for his own habit of bestowing mocking nicknames on his rivals, has not shied away from targeting Biden with his own labels. During the 2020 election campaign, Trump frequently referred to Biden as “Joe Hiden’,” mocking him for wearing a mask and avoiding large crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beyond Biden, Trump has also directed his nickname strategy at others, including Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. He has referred to Harris as “Laffin’ Kamala,” “Lyin’ Kamala,” and “Kamabla,” while labeling Walz as “Tampon Tim” after falsely claiming that Walz ordered tampons to be placed in boys’ restrooms, as reported by The Independent.

Woodward’s book not only exposes Biden’s private frustrations with Trump but also explores the broader political and personal challenges Biden has faced during his presidency. The book delves into the factors that may have influenced Biden’s decision to consider withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race, offering a more detailed look at the tensions surrounding his time in office.
