Donald Trump Is American Political Leader with Most Favorable Approval Ratings
Former President Donald Trump has the greatest favorability ratings in the United States, according to the Real Clear Politics average of polls. Joe Biden, the incumbent president, is, on the other hand, in double digits: -12.2 percent.
Kamala Harris, his 2020 running mate, and current vice president is doing much worse. She’s down to -15.5 percent presently. Trump, on the other hand, has the lowest negative approval rating of any politician recorded by Real Clear Politics: -8.6%.
Despite relentless attacks from the mainstream media, two impeachment trials that ended in exoneration, and a baseless, politically motivated ‘Russia collusion’ witch hunt that threatened his presidency but came up empty-handed, Donald Trump is remembered fondly by many conservatives and independents for his competent administration, lack of foreign wars, and primarily strong economic performance in the absence of the Covid pandemic.
President Biden, on the other hand, is being hammered in the polls for failing to solve the Covid pandemic as promised, deal with the increasing border crisis, foreign policy weakness that has fueled a resurgent Russia and China, unleash the energy sector to lower skyrocketing gas prices, and get a handle on the record inflation that is hamstringing so many Americans’ tightening budgets.
According to the RCP average of polling, Donald Trump’s toughest detractors in Congress have even lower favorability ratings than the former president.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who was rumored to be resigning, has dropped -22 points in the polls.
Kevin McCarthy, the House Minority Leader, is down by a smaller margin of -16 points.
Senate Majority Leader is down by a spread of -17 points.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, on the other hand, is drawing a severe negative response, with a -33.5 point favorability deficit.
As per Gallup, the American news media continues to defame the former president with baseless claims that he instigated an “insurrection” in the Capitol by contesting the election, which many Americans rightly believe was “rigged.” Big Tech censored the former president by banishing him from its platforms. Consider what would happen if the media treated Donald Trump fairly: he would be one of the most popular presidents in modern times.
