Kelsey Lewis, a former child actress and accomplished DJ, tragically died in a skydiving accident in California on October 27. Known for her role as a young Pink in the singer’s music video for “Family Portrait,” Lewis, 29, had become a beloved figure in the San Diego arts community as a DJ and line dancing instructor.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at a flight park on E. Soboba Rd. Emergency responders were dispatched around 10:40 a.m. after receiving reports of a downed paraglider. Despite prompt medical attention, Lewis was pronounced dead at 11:07 a.m. The exact cause of the accident remains under investigation.

A San Diego native, Lewis pursued various talents throughout her life. She initially found success as a child actress, appearing in commercials for brands like Disney, Toys “R” Us, and Tropicana Orange Juice.
