Justin Baldoni Leaks Flirty Blake Lively Texts Amid Legal Battle

In a dramatic turn of events, actor Justin Baldoni’s legal team has published never-seen-before messages from Blake Lively, revealing flirty exchanges between the co-stars as their legal battle intensifies. On February 1, Baldoni’s team launched TheLawsuitInfo.com, a website featuring 168 pages of evidence, including emails, texts, WhatsApp conversations, and videos, in an effort to defend him against allegations made by Lively.
Among the released exchanges was a conversation from April 8, 2023, in which Baldoni and Lively discussed a pivotal rooftop scene in It Ends With Us, the film in which they starred together. In one text, Lively wrote: “I can send you my pass at the roof or just read with you when we get together next week. Let me know what you prefer.”
She then described the chemistry between their characters in a playful tone: “If you knew me (in person) longer, you’d have a sense of how flirty and yummy the ball-busting would play. It’s my love language. Spicy and playfully bold, never with teeth. And him serving it back to her is just as important.”
The message continued:
“You don’t usually see both the man and the woman with such agency and humor. Anyway, I can act it out for you next week to make sure it comes through, or I can send it now. Let me know what you prefer.” The release of these messages comes after Blake Lively filed a legal complaint against Baldoni in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. The allegations have rocked Hollywood, dividing public opinion on the matter.
Baldoni’s team claims the leaked conversations provide context to their interactions and contradict Lively’s accusations. However, Lively’s legal representatives argue that selectively releasing private exchanges does not change the nature of her complaint.
As tensions escalate, the highly anticipated trial between the It Ends With Us co-stars is set for March 9, 2026. Legal experts predict that more private messages and behind-the-scenes accounts will surface as both sides build their cases.
