The former Disney star took to the stage to receive the award for Best Video for her hit “Wrecking Ball” and on her way to the microphone, she lit a joint onstage.
Cyrus has taken complete advantage of bringing the joint containing Marijuana on stage as Marijuana is legal in Amsterdam. Sources tell that Miley Cyrus was smoking joint backstage as well throughout the night.
