Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious legal trouble once again, as a woman named Ashley Parham has filed a lawsuit against the hip-hop mogul, accusing him of multiple allegations, including sexual assault and gang rape. The lawsuit, seeking $50 million in damages, was filed in federal court in California and obtained by TMZ.

The claims stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in 2018, where Parham accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting her with a TV remote and then orchestrating a gang rape with two of his friends after she confronted him about his alleged involvement in the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.

Tupac was tragically shot and killed in 1996, and Diddy has long been rumored, though never proven, to have been involved due to the high-profile feud between the two at the time. According to the lawsuit, Parham met a friend of Diddy’s, Shane Pearce, in February 2018 at a bar. Pearce allegedly called Diddy on FaceTime, showcasing his famous connection in an attempt to impress others.

During the conversation, Parham reportedly accused Diddy of being involved in Tupac’s murder. In response, Diddy allegedly threatened her, telling her she would “pay” for making such accusations.

The lawsuit details further events in March 2018, when Pearce invited Parham to his home in Orinda under the pretense of needing help with his cancer medications. Upon her arrival, Parham claims that Diddy was there, and he allegedly sexually assaulted her with a TV remote, threatened her life, and then instructed two friends to assault her as well. After the alleged assault, the lawsuit claims the men left Parham incapacitated and went outside to smoke marijuana.

Diddy is currently in federal custody, awaiting trial on separate charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, charges which he denies. Over the years, he has faced multiple allegations from both men and women, accusing him of sexual assault and other forms of abuse.

This latest lawsuit adds to the mounting legal challenges facing the music mogul, further complicating his public image and raising new questions about his alleged behavior.
