Jamie Foxx recently celebrated a major milestone in his family, as he walked his eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, down the aisle during her wedding to Joe Hooten. The intimate ceremony took place on Saturday night, and Foxx was by his daughter’s side, proudly leading her to the altar, reported People.
Actress Garcelle Beauvais, Foxx’s former Jamie Foxx Show co-star, gave fans a brief glimpse of the wedding in a now-deleted Instagram post. Beauvais, who attended the ceremony, shared her excitement in the caption, writing, “Last night we got to witness & celebrate the love of @corinnefoxx and @joe.hooten.” She added, “Your love & respect for each other is palpable. Corinne, you looked stunning.”
In one of the photos, Jamie Foxx, dressed in a classic black tuxedo, appeared emotional as he walked his daughter down the aisle. Corinne, radiant in a white off-the-shoulder gown adorned with floral motifs, held a bouquet of white flowers and beamed with joy as her father escorted her toward her groom.
Beauvais also shared a touching moment from the reception, showing Jamie and Corinne enjoying a sweet father-daughter dance. Another picture from the event featured Beauvais posing with Foxx and his girlfriend, Alyce Huckstepp, capturing a joyful moment from the celebration.
Corinne, who co-hosts Beat Shazam alongside her father, looked every bit the glowing bride, and the wedding was a beautiful reminder of the bond between the father-daughter duo.
