Cori Broadus Is Pregnant: Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Expecting First Baby

Cori Broadus, the 25-year-old daughter of rapper Snoop Dogg, shared the exciting news on Monday, Dec. 23—she’s pregnant and expecting her first child, a daughter, with fiancé Wayne Deuce. Broadus first revealed the news to E! and shared her journey so far.
“I found out Oct. 28,” Broadus said, adding, “This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooooo blessed.” At four months along, she noted that she’s feeling great despite being a high-risk pregnancy due to her lupus diagnosis at age six. “Doctors were very concerned for me and the baby, but God has his hands on me, and me and the baby are doing perfectly fine,” she said. “I’m having a girl.”
Cori also shared how her parents reacted to the news. “My dad was hoping for a grandson,” she said with a laugh, but added that both Snoop Dogg and her mom, Shante Broadus, “were so excited their baby girl is having a baby.” The new arrival will mark Snoop’s eighth grandchild.
Though the pregnancy was a surprise, Cori and Wayne are thrilled about starting their family. “I’m just excited to love on my baby girl and make her feel like she’s the prettiest in the world,” Cori said. Reflecting on her own experiences growing up, she added, “Growing up, I wasn’t the most confident and never felt like I fit in, so just to instill all the beautiful things in her head at a young age. And I’m having a mini-me.”
Wayne Deuce is equally ecstatic, with Cori sharing, “Wayne said he’s excited to have someone that looks like me. He knows she is going to be so beautiful, and he just can’t wait to build things for her and give her all the love in the world.”
Cori shared glimpses of her journey on Instagram Stories, posting a photo of her positive pregnancy test, pictures of her growing baby bump, and a video from a recent sonogram appointment. “Cats out the bag! I thank God every day for this blessing fr,” she wrote.
The couple is now eagerly preparing to welcome their baby girl, with Cori focused on giving her the love and confidence she didn’t always feel growing up, and Wayne excited to create a beautiful life for their daughter.
