“I didn’t used to be able to look at myself in the mirror,” Kelly admitted, sharing just how deep her insecurities ran during her younger years. “I was the kind of girl who showered with the lights off,” she revealed, explaining that she avoided seeing her body because she didn’t feel comfortable in her own skin.
