Blake Lively claims Justin Baldoni asked private question about husband

Blake Lively has made fresh allegations against Justin Baldoni in an amended lawsuit, accusing him of inappropriate and intrusive behavior. The revised filings, submitted on Tuesday, claim that Baldoni wrongfully asked invasive questions about Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds’ private life.

“Mr. Baldoni then intrusively asked Ms. Lively whether she and her husband climax simultaneously during intercourse, which Ms. Lively found invasive and refused to discuss,” the complaint alleges. This latest accusation follows claims by Lively that Baldoni had incorporated kissing into a scene without her prior consent during a sequence described as “dancing without dialogue.”

Lively also detailed an incident during the filming of a birthing scene, alleging that the set was “chaotic, crowded, and utterly lacking in standard industry protections.”

According to her legal complaint, Baldoni and his co-producer Jamey Heath “failed to close the set, allowing non-essential crew to pass through while Ms. Lively was partially nude from below the chest down with her legs spread wide in stirrups and only a small piece of fabric covering her genitalia.”

These new claims have intensified discussions around on-set safety and professionalism in the entertainment industry. Representatives for both Lively and Baldoni have yet to release further comments regarding the allegations.
