Bianca Censori’s Ex Opens Up: ‘She Wasn’t a Kanye Fan’ but Always Dreamed Bigger

Before marrying music mogul Kanye West, Bianca Censori had a long-term relationship with Melbourne businessman Nick Forgaine, with reports suggesting the two remain in contact.
Forgaine, who owns a café and factory in Melbourne, was Censori’s first love, according to a Daily Mail report. The relationship, which lasted six years, began when they were both 21, though they had known each other since they were 14.
In a past interview with Nova FM’s Fitzy & Wippa, Forgaine revealed that while Censori “wasn’t a fan” of Kanye West during their time together, he still has “hilarious” videos of her dancing to West’s 2018 hit I Love It.
Reflecting on their time as a couple, Forgaine shared insights into their breakup and Censori’s ambitions. “Bianca has always been bigger than Melbourne, and we both knew this,” he said. “One time we traveled to America, and she told me she would live there one day.”
However, he made it clear that her move overseas was not the reason behind their split. “The girl is extremely talented and took the leap to go chase her dream of being a famous architect, which she’s achieved,” he explained.
Despite her new life with West, Forgaine harbors no ill feelings and remains supportive of Censori’s happiness. “Of course, I support them. If Bianca is happy [with Kanye], I am happy for her,” he said. He also noted that Censori has always been understanding of his own relationships.
“I wish them the best and hope it’s a modern-day love story,” he concluded. While Censori has been making headlines for her high-profile marriage to West, her past relationship with Forgaine highlights her journey from Melbourne to global recognition. Whether or not the two remain in close contact, one thing is clear—Censori has always had her sights set on something bigger.
