Trump’s post began with a peculiar assertion about Biden’s memory. “It’s a new day and Joe Biden doesn’t remember quitting the race yesterday!” Trump wrote. He then went on to claim that Biden was “demanding his campaign schedule and arranging talks with Presidents Xi of China, and Putin of Russia, concerning the possible start of World War 3.”
In a bizarre twist, Trump seemed to praise Biden in the latter part of his message, stating, “Biden is ‘sharp, decisive, energetic, angry, and ready to go!’” The context or source of this quotation was unclear, and Raw Story reported being unable to find any previous comment that matched Trump’s quote.
The source of Trump’s claims remains unknown, and there was no evidence provided to support his assertions. The night before, Trump had accused Biden of lying about having COVID-19, further contributing to the confusion surrounding his statements.
