Bianca Censori frequently traveled alone to visit her family in Australia, but according to a new lawsuit, her husband, Kanye West, allegedly kept tabs on her movements without her knowledge.
The shocking claim comes from West’s former Director of Intelligence, a military veteran using the pseudonym John Doe in court documents. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, accuses the rapper of multiple labor code violations, emotional distress, and retaliation, with Doe seeking $300,000 in damages.

According to In Touch, the plaintiff initially joined West’s team as Deputy Campaign Director, but his role later shifted to Director of Intelligence. His alleged responsibilities included conducting investigations into individuals suing West and even monitoring his closest associates.
Among the most disturbing allegations in the lawsuit is the claim that West ordered Doe to have private investigators follow Censori while she traveled alone. “A particularly notable task by Ye was to have DOE hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge,” the suit states.

West’s alleged surveillance tactics were not limited to Censori. The lawsuit also claims that Doe was asked to monitor West’s ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, raising further concerns about privacy violations. The former intelligence director’s relationship with West reportedly deteriorated after he forwarded concerns from a former Donda Academy employee to the rapper.

In response, West allegedly lashed out at Doe, telling him, “You’re dead to me.” Despite the serious nature of the allegations, West has yet to respond publicly or in court. The lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal troubles surrounding the Power hitmaker, who has been embroiled in multiple controversies in recent years.
As the case unfolds, the claims of secret surveillance raise new questions about West’s relationships and the extent to which he sought to control those closest to him. With no official comment from West’s legal team, the lawsuit’s developments will be closely watched.
