Teddi Mellencamp reveals ‘multiple tumours’ in brain ‘growing for at least 6 months’

Television personality Teddi Mellencamp has revealed that she is undergoing emergency surgery following the discovery of multiple tumors on her brain.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 43, shared the shocking news in an emotional Instagram post on Wednesday, explaining that she had been battling “severe and debilitating headaches” for weeks before seeking medical attention.
“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” Mellencamp wrote. She went on to explain that the pain became unbearable, leading her to be hospitalized for further examination.

“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least six months,” she continued.
Following the diagnosis, doctors determined that immediate surgery was necessary to remove two of the tumors. The remaining smaller tumors will be treated with radiation at a later time.
“The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date,” she added. Despite the frightening diagnosis, Mellencamp expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support she has received from her loved ones and medical team.
“I am blessed to have support from my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses, and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health,” she shared.
The reality star also took a moment to thank her supporters, acknowledging the kindness she has received during this challenging time. “Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey,” she concluded.
