Just Days Before Court, Justin Baldoni Fires Back with ‘Lawsuit Info’ Website

Just days ahead of his first court hearing, Justin Baldoni is turning up the heat in his ongoing feud with co-star Blake Lively by launching a website that lays out new claims in their legal battle.
The timing is no coincidence. With the highly publicized lawsuit looming, Baldoni’s decision to release more details only intensifies the already heated dispute.
In December, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior on the movie set. The allegations sent shockwaves through Hollywood and resulted in Baldoni being dropped by his agency. However, the actor and director has denied all accusations, and now, with this website, he is taking his defense public.
The website, called Lawsuit Info, was launched on February 1 and currently hosts two key legal documents. The first is Baldoni’s massive $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. The second document is a detailed timeline of events surrounding the movie’s production and the growing tensions between the two stars.
One of the biggest claims on the site involves the New York Times. Baldoni’s legal team alleges that the publication had access to Lively’s civil rights complaint 11 days before its detailed report was published on December 21. They also claim that metadata in the article suggests work on the story began as early as December 31, raising questions about how the information was obtained.
The New York Times has pushed back against these allegations, with Variety reporting that the outlet insists there are “inaccuracies” in Baldoni’s claims.
Despite the rising tensions, neither Baldoni nor Lively is expected to attend the first court hearing on Monday, according to CNN. However, with a trial scheduled for March 2026, this legal battle is far from over.
As the drama continues to unfold, the case is shaping up to be one of Hollywood’s most explosive legal battles in recent years. With millions of dollars at stake, reputations on the line, and a growing media frenzy, this fight is only just getting started.
